Supervisor Academy

Welcome!

The Supervisor Academy is based on the intent and the content of the System developed in Korean System, taking into account translation and culture variables. It is implemented without any particular organisation orientation and, although the implementation is for Australia/New Zealand it can be generally used in any  country.

Participants:

The Participants section is for those that have been accepted into and are participating in a Supervisor Academy  This section includes all of the Assignments and the Downloads. The site Login and Password is required to access this section and it will be changed on a regular basis. Trainers should advise their Participants of the Login and Password

Trainers:

The Trainers section is for TAB Team that are conducting Supervisor Academies. It includes all Supervisor Academy training material.

The Trainers role is a 'facilitator' which means asking questions and not to lecturing when conducting the Academy. It’s important that the participants discover and understand for themselves. 

Trainer’s also promote throughout the Academy that by using the System, Participants can get to the GET Team in 12 months part time and the Millionaire Team in 3 years ($15,000 per month).

The site Login and Password will give access to the Trainers section and an additional Password is required for the Trainer Notes. Access to the Trainer Notes is for TAB Team that intend running an Academy. Trainers can apply for the Login and Passwords by email to info@SupervisorAcademy.com. Trainers must abide by the condition detailed in the Trainers area.

What is the Supervisor Academy?

1. The Academy is a 4 Session repeating programme designed for Supervisors to learn and experience the 3Rs (Retail, Recruit, Retain). 

2. The Academy targets Supervisors and their Sponsors. 

3. Participants in the Academy are limited to between 10 and 20. 

4. The Trainer is a GET Team member or above who has experienced and understands the Academy. 

5. Standardised contents and materials are used so that Academy's can be duplicated. 

6. The Academy is a 4 Session/Week commitment .. Participant commit to ALL session scheduled for that Academy. No swapping, no substituting, no 'makeup' Session is permitted irrespective of the reason. Example: If you enroll for Tuesday you must complete all 4 Tuesdays, if you enroll for Thursday you must complete all 4 Thursdays. If you miss one Session you cannot continue with that Academy and must re-enroll in the next Academy.

What are the outcomes of the Supervisor Academy?

1. Trainer understands the Company business concept while teaching.

2. Participants gain a sense of belonging and learn from each other. 

3. Participants understand and experience the products, marketing methods and the 3Rs. 

4. Participants secure a customer base(1st R) and find business partners (2nd R) during the Academy. 

5. Register for the next 4 weeks program along with new business partners (3rd R). 

6. Repeat and copy continuously.  

7. Build a TEAM using the system. 

Who Can Apply?

1. Supervisors who are newly qualified in the last 120 days.

2. Supervisors who have done a minimum 2500VP in the previous month.

3. Supervisors who have a new Supervisor in the Academy ('new Supervisor' means one that has not been in an Academy before).

4. Supervisors who do not fit criteria 1 to 3 above are able to apply if they can demonstrate to the Trainer and/or the local Co-ordinator how the Academy will impact their 3 R's.
